MISLAY x CVLTARTES

MisLAY is an exploration of memory. No inherent good or evil can ever be pinned down, yet our brain plays tricks on us; highlighting memories in different shades, painting them in different light. I wanted to present a summary of a younger version of myself, one I don’t remember well. But I have fragments of memories, of body positions, of sprawling urges. This photography collection showcases four models, each contorted in their own world. MisLAY expresses the bittersweet feeling of losing memories, of holding fragments, of moving forward.
